These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InboxEarners platform, including our website and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for an account, browsing gigs, or completing tasks on InboxEarners, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@inboxearners.co.ke if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Each person may hold only one InboxEarners account; duplicate accounts may be suspended.
InboxEarners connects users with simple online gigs, including email replies, comment moderation, customer service, surveys, and data entry. By accepting a gig, you agree to:
InboxEarners reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether a completed gig qualifies for payment.
Earnings are credited to your InboxEarners balance once a submitted gig is approved. You may withdraw your balance to your registered M-Pesa number once it reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold of KSh 200. Payment processing times may vary depending on M-Pesa network conditions. InboxEarners is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks or incorrect phone number details provided by the user.
While using InboxEarners, you agree not to:

✅ InboxEarners is completely free to join. We never ask you to pay any registration, activation, or "unlocking" fee. You are the one who gets paid — never the other way around.
All content on the InboxEarners platform, including its name, logo, design, and software, is the property of InboxEarners or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, any earnings obtained through violation of these Terms may be forfeited.
InboxEarners is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform, a continuous supply of gigs, or any specific level of earnings. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, InboxEarners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or M-Pesa transaction delays caused by third parties.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. We will post any updates on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
